Today’s our fifth day here in Singapore. I’m thinking we’ve accomplished a lot during the last four days. We’ve fixed the room, bought some furniture from Ikea to make it more cozy and functional.

I’ve also gotten myself a few things that would enable me to communicate still with the people back home — a webcam and a Globe Kababayan SIM since I don’t intend to use any of the VAS of mobile telephony yet.
On the work front, I got to meet most of the people I’ll be working with and they all seem to be nice people. Haven’t gotten a bad aura from any of them yet so hopefully we’ll all be able to work together quite well. I also got myself tested for HIV and TB. The nurse was good since my vein is a little hard to find; probably because of all the fat. Anyway, the results will be available on Tuesday so I can finally claim my EP. I still have to get a passport size photograph though.

Yay a post from Singapore!
Kamusta naman? Sounds like you’re doing good so far though. I love Ikea! Is the wood thing on top of your desk from there, or included in your room na talaga? Nice e.
Ok naman. Haven’t done actual work yet. Hopefully I’ll get into the groove and start really doing well
It came with the room. It’s nice nga. The desk came from Ikea though. It was Anna’s idea to put a desk under the wood thing. Hehe
